Terms of service
Last updated 24 October 2026
The agreement between Pulosa Ltd and businesses that use Pulosa. By creating an account or using Pulosa, the business agrees to these terms.
1. The service
Pulosa gives service businesses a website, online booking, client records, consent forms, emails, a website assistant and finance tools. Features depend on the plan chosen. We may improve or change features, and will tell you about any change that significantly reduces what your plan includes.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep sign-in details, PINs and passphrases secret. Each team member should use their own PIN.
- Your client records are encrypted with a key only your business holds. If every PIN and passphrase is lost, we cannot recover the records.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for your team’s use of it.
3. Your clients’ information
You are the controller of your clients’ personal information and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting it, for your own privacy policy, for answering your clients’ requests, and for keeping records for as long as your profession requires. We process client information only to provide Pulosa, as set out in our Privacy policy, which forms our data processing terms with you.
4. Professional responsibility
Pulosa provides tools and standard templates, including consent forms and health questions. They are a starting point, not legal or medical advice. You are responsible for checking that your forms, treatments, prices, policies and website content are correct and meet the law and your professional and insurance requirements. The website assistant gives automatic answers from your own website content.
5. Fair use
Do not use Pulosa to break the law, send spam, harm others, upload anything you do not have the right to use, or try to get around its security or limits.
6. Fees and payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
- If a payment fails and isn’t fixed within 14 days, we may pause the account until it is.
- Payments your clients make to you go straight to you through your own payment providers; we are not part of those payments.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Before you leave, you can export your client records and audit log. We delete your data within 90 days of your account closing. We may close an account that seriously breaks these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Pulosa available and secure, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We will fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can and keep you informed of planned maintenance.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profits, business or goodwill, or for indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. General
Pulosa is provided by Pulosa Ltd. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17536570. Registered office: 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA.
